- Accompanying all prospective tenants to view the property
- Vetting of all prospective tenants by credit searching and obtaining current employer, current or previous landlords reference and a personal reference
- Ensuring all missives of let are in accordance with Housing Scotland Act and that your rights are maintained
- Compiling an Inventory of Contents and statement of conditions
- Transferring responsibility of utilities, ie, gas, electric and council tax
- Supervising repairs and insurance claims
- Providing information on Inland Revenue regulations
- Transferring rental into your bank account upon receipt of payment by tenant and providing you with a monthly statement of account
- receiving 1st rental and deposit on date of entry
